Japanese Firm Buys 2 Towers in Denver

A Japanese real estate investment firm, Chiemori Kogyo Co. Ltd., has moved into Colorado in a big way.
The firm has purchased the Pavilion Towers development in Denver for a price believed by local sources to be $12.75 million. The development, completed in 1980, includes two 14-story towers with 301,200 square feet of rentable space of which about 20% is occupied.
