Bomb Explodes in Manila

MANILA — A bomb went off Sunday at the back of a Manila convention center where leaders of the Assn. of Southeast Asian Nations are to hold a summit Dec. 14-16, police said. There were no reports of casualties in the explosion, which damaged a fire hydrant and broke windows.
