Linpro Co. Will Build Atrium Office Building

Plans for a $15-million, three-story garden office building in Brea have been announced by the Linpro Co., a commercial/residential developer headquartered in Berwyn, Pa.
The 116,000-square-foot project, scheduled for completion in the fall of 1988, will be situated on 5.6 acres on the southeast corner of Lambert and Associated roads, one block from the Orange (57) freeway.
The octagon-shaped concrete-and-glass building, designed by the Nadel Partnership, will feature an open-air atrium and formal entrance from surrounding park-like grounds. Office space, ranging from 1,000 to 38,000 square feet, is targeted for both full-floor and multi-tenant users,
