Chester A. Richardson, 39, was named senior vice president and general counsel of Amfac Inc., San Francisco. Keith V. Mabee, 39, has been named senior vice president-corporate communications. Richardson, formerly vice president and deputy general counsel, succeeds Dennis A. Daugherty, 40, who resigned to pursue other interests. Mabee, formerly vice president-corporate communications, succeeds Harry Matte, 55, who resigned to pursue other interests.
