Morgan Davis was named president of the commercial insurance division of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Cos. Davis, previously executive vice president of claims, succeeded Don McComber, who has been named executive vice president in charge of corporate underwriting and industry and government affairs. McComber requested the reassignment, citing personal and health reasons. Davis was succeeded by Gary Black.
