The case against four white supremacists charged in the slaying of Jewish radio talk show host Alan Berg went to a five-woman, seven-man jury in Denver after two weeks of testimony. David Lane, Richard Scutari, Bruce Pierce and Jean Craig refused to testify on their own behalf during the trial in U.S. District Court. They are charged with violating Berg’s civil rights in his slaying.
