Larry A. Spelhaug has been named president and a director of Networked Picture Systems Inc., Santa Clara. Spelhaug previously was manager of document systems marketing for desktop, workstation and production publishing at Xerox’s U.S. marketing group. He replaces Victor Preisser, who will continue as a director and as a consultant to the color pre-press company.
