LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Nov. 11, 1987

Junji Hatano has been appointed to the new position of vice chairman of Mitsubishi Bank of California. Colin M. Forkner has been named to the new position of executive vice president and chief operating officer. Forkner also will join Hatano as a member of the board of directors.

Hatano will continue as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Bank of California. Forkner will continue as senior vice president and head of strategic planning of that bank. The Bank of California and Mitsubishi Bank of California are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Bank Ltd.
