Gish Biomedical reported net income of $234,000 for its fiscal 1987 first quarter ended Sept. 30, compared to net income of $50,000 a year earlier. Revenue of $2.7 million was up more than 36% from the previous first quarter’s $2 million. Gish, located in Santa Ana, manufactures surgical lasers and disposable medical products used in hospitals.
