Is everybody ready for . . . the International Basketball Assn. draft, scheduled for Dec. 8 in New York.

The IBA is for players 6-4 and under, and 12 teams are planned, including franchises in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Fresno. Each team will have five territorial picks, and a minimum of 15 “open� slots.
