Gaza Settlers Kill Palestinian Girl

DEIR AL BALAH, Occupied Gaza Strip — Jewish settlers shot and killed a 17-year-old Palestinian high school girl today after their cars were pelted with rocks during an anti-Israeli protest near the campus, officials said.
Police detained six settlers for questioning. Settlers told police they only fired warning shots in the air. The victim was identified as Intissar Aatar. Protests reignited after word spread about the girl’s death. Arab students burned tires, threw stones and shouted anti-Israeli slogans.
