Quake Help
Everyone in California should know what to do in case of an earthquake. Newcomers and visitors need to learn too. I suggest that cards, the size of a playing card or a bookmark, be handed to all passengers arriving in California on planes, trains, buses and boats, to people who rent cars and hotel rooms, who buy tickets. The list is endless. The object is to reach everyone. I think the illustrations on the card should be simple, like those that show safety on board an airplane, and in several languages. The other side of the card could contain a word of welcome.
