‘Remaking the Revolution’

Thank you and congratulations to the entire group responsible for the highly educational articles on the Soviet Union.
I can attest to the objectivity of the writers inasmuch as I recently motored for 30 days and 2,000 miles in a Soviet rented auto from the Black Sea on the south to the Baltic on the north. My 46-year-old son and I (age 71) visited in seven private homes; met with dissidents and refuseniks; toured a 10,000 acre pig farm; met with bankers, etc.
In my small way I have been passing along what I saw and heard to various groups at churches, schools and libraries by means of a slide show.
In my opinion, the basis for finding and keeping a lasting peace lies in more and ever more information, knowledge and understanding between our people and their people.
Your series has been so informative that I am prompted to urge you to publish it in book form for wide circulation.
