Property Purchased in Chula Vista Area
A 1,200-acre parcel of land in Chula Vista has been purchased for $18 million by the Baldwin Co. in joint venture with First Nationwide Bank for development of a master-planned residential community.
The site, adjacent to the Eastlake community at the east end of H Street off Interstate 805, was sold by United Enterprises Ltd. of San Diego.
