Rockwell International’s North American Aircraft Operations, El Segundo, has made several organizational changes. Robert H. Gulcher has been named vice president and program manager of the national aerospace plane program. Les M. Lackman has been appointed vice president-advanced programs. John J. Pierro has been named vice president and program manager of the B-1B program. Loren E. DeGroot continues as vice president-weapons systems modernization and program manager for the AC-13OU gunship.
