Deaver OK; Trial to Resume

WASHINGTON — Ex-White House aide Michael K. Deaver, hospitalized this weekend for acute pain from kidney stones, was released today and his perjury trial will resume Tuesday, his attorney said.
Deaver, 49, was released after weekend testing following a painful attack Saturday night. He left the hospital today, said his attorney, Randall Turk. Doctors evaluating his case ruled out immediate surgery to remove the kidney stones, deciding instead to wait out the development of the stones.
