Shareholders OK Changes for California Amplifier

California Amplifier, a Camarillo electronics company, reported that its shareholders have authorized the company to reincorporate in Delaware.
Shareholders also authorized an increase in the number of company directors from four to five and elected Arthur H. Hausman, chairman emeritus of Ampex, as a director, the company reported.
