A judge dismissed the Bonneville Power Administration from the huge federal case stemming from the Washington Public Power Supply System’s default on $2.25 billion worth of nuclear power plant bonds. Visiting U.S. District Judge William Browning, who heard the case, filed the decision from his office in Tucson.
