King World Syndication--which distributes the two most-watched syndicated TV shows in the country, “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy!,”announced Tuesday that it was extending the run of No. 3, “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” through 1990. Broadcast live from Chicago and seen on 198 stations, the show remains the highest-rated talk show on television. No word if Winfrey’s contract allows room for her burgeoning film work.
