Duarte : Replica Firearms Ordinance OKd
At the request of the County Board of Supervisors, Duarte has passed an urgency ordinance making it a misdemeanor to use a toy gun in a threatening manner or while committing a crime. Similar ordinances are in effect in Bradbury and in unincorporated areas of the county.
