Holm--No Show, No Dough

Actress Joan Collins’ ex-husband Peter Holm failed to show up for a court hearing today to determine whether he should receive $80,000 monthly in spousal support and Superior Court Judge Earl Riley dismissed the case.
Holm telephoned the courthouse shortly after the hearing was to start, saying he was ill in France and would not be able to attend. Outside court, Collins’ lawyer, Marvin Mitchelson, said he believed Holm had been married over the weekend. Later another judge issued a bench warrent for Holmes’ arrest on contempt charges stemming from alleged violations of earlier court orders involving the couple’s furniture.
