Wings West Airlines agreed to buy 10 British Aerospace advanced turboprop planes, worth $100 million. The San Luis Obispo, Calif.-based regional carrier said the planes will beef up its fleet of 32 twin turboprops as it takes over American Airlines’ service between Burbank and the San Francisco Bay Area.
