I see that the truly cynical, callous and anti-social personality to arise from the hostage episode was not that of the mentally unstable wielder of the plastic gun, but that of Capra.
With people like Capra in charge of local news and other programming, it is no wonder that the percentage of TV viewers who have abandoned the commercial stations for the watching of movies and other prerecorded programs on videotape is rising so significantly each year.
Maybe it is time that Capra got “out of the business.”
