A Canada-wide alert has been issued for three Bulgarian student wrestlers reported missing with their luggage from an international junior wrestling tournament in British Columbia, police said.
It is suspected the wrestlers are trying to defect, police sources said. However, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said nothing definitive because the students hold visitors visas that are valid until Sept. 11.
