Heartfelt Thanks

On June 26, at approximately 8:15 a.m., my father suffered a heart attack while aboard an RTD bus in Los Angeles. He was subsequently taken to a Westside hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to a Los Angeles Police Department officer, a private citizen aboard the bus administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation to my father in an effort to save his life. This individual continued the life-saving measures until authorities arrived on the scene.
I have no way of finding out who this individual was. However, on behalf of my family, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to this person who took the time to try and save another person’s life. In this wild and crazy world, it is a wonderful feeling knowing someone like you exists--may God bless you and yours always.
I would also like to extend my thanks to those professionals who attempted to save my father. May you serve as an inspiration to others to join the profession where the work is hard, the thanks are few but the rewards are unlimited--thank you all.
