Sutro & Co. to Move to Bank High-Rise

Sutro & Co., a regional stock brokerage company with 12 offices in California, has signed a $7-million, 10-year lease to occupy 25,000 square feet in the Bank of America Tower at 555 S. Flower St.
More than 50 stockbrokers and support staff in Sutro’s Los Angeles branch office, currently at 615 S. Flower St., plan to move into the new location in July, according to John Eichler, office broker with the Los Angeles branch of Cushman & Wakefield, which handled the transaction.
