The manager of a Phoenix restaurant will be sentenced to probation Aug. 19 as part of a deal in which he has agreed to testify against members of the Phoenix Suns basketball team and others in a cocaine-conspiracy case.

Kevin Charles Anolick, who had been charged with conspiracy to traffic in narcotics, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of solicitation to possess drugs and admitted getting drugs from restaurant waiter Terrence Patrick Kelly. He was the first defendant in the case to enter a plea agreement.
