Microsemi Completes 6th Buyout in 2 Years
Microsemi Corp. of Santa Ana said it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Hybrid Components Inc. of Beverly, Mass., for $2.2 million.
Hybrid, the sixth company acquired by Microsemi in the last two years, processes, packages and tests semiconductor products used in military and aerospace systems. Microsemi supplies semiconductor products to customers in the defense, computer, communications and medical industries.
