Peter Kroosz, director of property management and vice president of Pacific Savings Bank, is the new president of the Institute of Real Estate Management of Orange County. Sharon Algeo is president-elect. Other officers are Bob Wade, treasurer; Herb Hafter, treasurer-elect and Jeanne Armstrong-Redd, secretary.
