Guidelines for Choosing Loans to Be Provided

Guidelines for choosing fixed- and adjustable-rate loans, and information about loans guaranteed by the Veterans Administration and Federal Housing Administration, will be provided at the California Assn. of Real Estate Investors’ monthly meeting July 28 at the Grand Hotel in Anaheim.
Guest speakers at the 7 p.m. meeting are Frank Walent of Great Western Savings & Loan, and Mary Distenfano of Long Beach Savings & Loan.
Admission for non-members of the association is $10. More information can be obtained by contacting the association’s Laguna Niguel headquarters.
