400 Estate Homes to Be Built in Calabasas

An 823-acre community of fewer than 400 estate-sized houses is being developed in Calabasas by Morrison Entity, the firm that developed Morrison Ranch Estates in Agoura Hills and Morrison Estates in Sutton Valley, Ventura County.
The houses will be priced from about $400,000 to $600,000 and will be available for occupancy in 1989-90, according to John Hurford, project director.
