Fluor Unit to Supervise Nuclear Power Plant Work

Fluor Corp. said that one of its units has signed a contract for general construction services with New York Power Authority. The two-year contract is valued at $21 million.
The agreement calls for the Power Division of Fluor Constructors Inc. unit to provide field supervision for the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant in Buchanan, N.Y. The company will also perform engineering and planning services.
Fluor Corp., based in Irvine, is an engineering and construction company.
