Texaco Sells Office Building

Texaco has sold its former western regional headquarters adjacent to the Ambassador for $13.5 million to the Jeda Partnership of Los Angeles.
The building was vacant when escrow on the property opened, but is now about 70% leased, according to Charles Dunn Co., the commercial brokerage firm that represented Texaco in the sale.
Jeda purchased the property for investment purposes and does not plan to occupy it, the brokerage firm said.
