I was appalled by your July 3 article praising Millie Vessels as an “extraordinary woman.” . . . The asinine assertions of trophy hunters that their shooting animals with high-powered weapons is a sport are bad enough; must you publicize and quite obviously condone a reason as ridiculous as hers?
