The Louisiana-Pacific Fibreboard Corp. plant in Antioch, about 45 miles east of San Francisco, was closed while federal investigators sought to determine the cause of a boiler explosion that killed two workers and injured another. The Contra Costa County coroner’s office identified the dead workers as Miles Harper, 46, and Johnny Manry, 45, both of Antioch. Art Thompson, 59, was reported in critical but stable condition at Brookside Hospital in San Pablo with second- and third-degree burns.
