Nissan Facility to Be Expanded
Nissan’s Costa Mesa parts distribution and service training center at 1683 Sunflower Ave. will be expanded by 121,750 square feet to about 345,000 square feet.
The $3-million expansion is being directed by the Bank of America’s investment real estate group. The Orange County office of Gensler and Associates, Irvine, is the architect, and Koll Construction Co.’s Newport Beach division is general contractor.
The facility supports Nissan dealerships in Southern California, Arizona, and southern Nevada, and also serves as the Los Angeles regional office.
