Local News in Brief : Burbank Man Killed in Motorcycle Collision
A motorcyclist from Burbank was killed Friday night when he crossed the center line of Ventura Boulevard in Studio City and struck an oncoming car, police said.
Scott Allen Erfman, 19, died instantly in the head-on collision, which occurred on a sharp curve near Arch Avenue, Los Angeles Police Officer Jack Blacklock said. Witnesses estimated Erfman’s speed at 70 m.p.h., Blacklock said.
