Warner-Lambert Co., Morris Plains, N.J., has elected Sam J. Maugeri as president of Parke-Davis, its ethical pharmaceutical group, and an officer of the corporation. Maugeri, 54, replaces James E. Wavle Jr., who has leaving Warner-Lambert to pursue other business interests.
