President Reagan has nominated Charles Lichenstein to succeed Sharon Rockefeller as a member of the board of directors of the Corp. for Public Broadcasting, it was announced Monday. Lichenstein, 60, is currently a senior fellow of international relations at the conservative Heritage Foundation.
