Mike Peralta Elected Sales Council Head

Mike Peralta, area sales manager for Homes for Sale magazine, has been elected 1987 president of the Sales and Marketing Council’s Los Angeles-Ventura-Santa Barbara chapter.
Robert A. Perlberg of RAP Communications Inc. was elected first vice president; Bob Jones, Weston Communities, second vice president; Condit Wixon, M.J. Brock & Sons, secretary, and Diane Isenberg, Urban West Communities, treasurer.
New directors elected include Ava Busby of Color Design Art; Hal Cohen, ARCO Realty Co.; Ron Golden, Continental Land Title Insurance; Hugo Hansen, Ticor Title Insurance; Herb Hirsh, Cambridge Development Group; Lucia Johnston, Raznick & Sons Inc.; David King, King Realty; Samra Leedy, West Venture Development Co., and Dan Rigney, Rigney Development Co.
The 400-member Sales and Marketing Council is affiliated with the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
