Shirley Shanks of Shirley Shanks & Co., is the new president of the Santa Barbara Real Estate Exchangors.
Other officers are Barbara Prentice, first vice president; Richard Grossgold, second vice president; Al Sladek, secretary. Directors include Martin Reeder, Jim Sims, Phylis Holmes and Chuck Shultz.
