Pennsylvania Families Flee as Truck Spills Chemicals

MIFFLINTOWN, Pa. — A truck loaded with chemicals went off a rural highway Tuesday, cracking open in the dry bed of the old Pennsylvania Canal and forcing the evacuation of several families, police said. The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries.
