Corporate Pointe in Irvine Completed

Corporate Pointe, a $20-million project occupying a 10-acre site in Corporate Park in Irvine, has been completed by the Sammis Co. of Irvine, in joint venture with the Principal Financial Group of Des Moines, Iowa.

The project consists of five two-story office and research-and-development buildings ranging from 24,000 to 42,000 square feet, for a total of 167,000 square feet.
