Local News in Brief : Driver, 77, Dies in Crash Near Agua Dulce

A 77-year-old woman was killed Saturday when her car went over the side of the southbound Antelope Valley Freeway south of Agua Dulce, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The name of the woman, a Harbor City resident, was not disclosed pending notification of relatives, CHP officer Richard Perez said. The car went about 300 feet down an embankment.
