A cricket fan’s throat was cut by a flying bottle during fights between fans of rival teams at the one-day series between England and Pakistan in Birmingham, England.

Riaz Mohammed, 25, suffered a cut jugular vein. Mohammed was taken to a hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery. He is in serious condition.
