Troy’s Robinson Signs With Cal State Fullerton

Troy High School pitcher Chris Robinson has signed a national letter of intent to play for Cal State Fullerton next fall.
Robinson has a 10-2 record with 11 complete games and a school-record 108 strikeouts going into the Warriors’ playoff game against Savanna on Friday. He is hitting .449 with two home runs and 25 RBIs.
Robinson’s older brother Jeff--a starting pitcher for the Titans’ NCAA championship team in 1979--is a relief pitcher for the San Francisco Giants.
