Three Buildings in Industry Purchased
Bentley Investment Ltd. of Santa Monica has bought three mixed-use buildings in the City of Industry from developer Carl Ross of Corona for $11 million.
The buildings, with a total of 243,000 square feet of manufacturing and industrial space, are on a 9.8-acre site at 16077 Valley Blvd. The Newport Beach office of Collins Fuller Corp. represented Bentley in the transaction, and Daum Johnstown’s Riverside office represented the seller.
