Mud Slide Toll Reaches 86

JAKARTA, Indonesia — The death toll from the mud slide that swept through two villages Monday climbed to 86 Friday and rescue teams continued digging through tons of mud and rubble searching for more victims. Relief officials said 86 bodies had been pulled from the smashed villages of Sungai Andok and Tanah Hitam in west Sumatra.
