Richard W. Turner has been elected president and a director of Cooper Lasersonics of Palo Alto. Turner replaced Martin M. Koffel, who resigned to become president and a director of Palo Alto-based Coopervision, which develops, manufactures and sells surgical and and professional products used in opthalmology, optometry and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
