Duke, Duchess to Visit Canada

LONDON — The Duke and Duchess of York are to visit Canada this summer in their first major overseas tour since getting married, Buckingham Palace announced today. Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth’s second son, and his wife, the former Sarah Ferguson, will visit Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and the Northwest Territories from July 15 to 25. The queen’s youngest son, Prince Edward, is also to visit Canada, touring Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island from June 25 to 30.
